Karim's results are not typical

Karim Naoum's personal portfolio and results are atypical. They were built over many years, using capital, relationships, deal flow, and experience that a new investor does not have on day one. He began working at a local Housing Authority at 17, and his knowledge comes from that background plus years of buying and operating rental property.

You should not expect to replicate his results, and most readers will not. Any figures, portfolio counts, or examples given in the Book or on this Site describe his experience or illustrative scenarios — not a forecast of yours.

Examples and case studies
